Ingredients:
2 large packages (6 ounces each) green Jello
1 packet unflavored gelatin
4 cups boiling water
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened slightly but not melted.
Steps:
• Stir together the Jello, unflavored gelatin and boiling water in a large mixing bowl until Jello and gelatin are completely dissolved.
• Stir in 1 quart vanilla ice cream until completely dissolved.
• Pour into a 9-inch x 13-inch glass baking dish.
• Refrigerate overnight. The ice cream will “magically” float to the top while chilling to create the layers.
• Cut into squares to serve.
