
Ingredients:
Eggs 1 dozen
Beets 3
Apple Vineger 1 Cup
Sugar 1.5 Cups
Procedures:
1. Peel beets and chop into small pieces.
2. Add water (enough to cover eggs) and boil beets 30 mins.
3. Add no shelled eggs into the water.
4. Add Apple Vinegar and sugar. Boil.
5. Turn off heat. Let the eggs sit in the water for 12-24 hours.
