Maple Soufflé

Ingredients:

Eggs 2
Maple syrup 1/4 cup

Procedures:
1. Grease 4 ramekins.
2. Preheat over to 400 F.
3. Separate egg white from yolk. Mix yolk and syrup well.
4. Whisk egg white to form head peak.
5. Fold egg yolk into white.
6. Put into oven and turn the temperature to 375F for 10-13 mins or surface golden brown.
